LEGAL PLAN DOWNLOADS:

As of October 1, 2008, District of Kent's legal plans can be accessed online. To access legal plans you must:

1. Register in one of the two ways listed below:

In Person Registration and Payment:
Visit the Municipal Hall, complete the registration form and pay $52.50 (GST included). We accept cash, debit, or cheques. Your account will be activated immediately and you will be able to start downloading legal plans right away.

Mail-in Registration and Payment:
Fill out the online Registration Form, print it, and mail it to: District of Kent, Box 70, 7170 Cheam Ave, Agassiz, BC, V0M 1A0. Remember to attach a $52.50 cheque payable to the District of Kent. Once received and cleared, your account will be activated and you will be contacted by phone call or email with your login user name and password.

1. some scanned plans may not be legible on your computer screen but will be legible when printed.
2. should you find a plan that is incomplete or illegible, please email us back with the plan number. We will do our best to re-scan the plan and repost it as quickly as possible.
