On February 15, 2017 Council considered ALC exclusion applications for 7076 McDonald Road and 6680 Fooks Road. Council's decision for each application is posted below under their respective addresses.

Thank you to everyone who submitted comment sheets, attended the public open houses and provided feedback for the proposed exclusion of 7076 McDonald Road and 6680 Fooks Road.

Community engagement is an important part of the planning and decision making process. Council and staff appreciate the effort and time people took to provide feedback for these exclusion applications.

6680 Fooks Road - Status
Stage 6, Council Review and Decision

On February 15, 2017, Council considered the ALC exclusion application of 6680 Fooks Road but did not support the exclusion. The ALC Application will not be forwarded to the Agricultural Land Commission.

Stage 6, Council Review and Decision

On February 15, 2017, Council considered the ALR exclusion application for 7076 McDonald Road and supported the exclusion. The ALC Application will be forwarded to the Agricultural Land Commission for consideration.
